There are 5 points we should know when use PCP pump .
- : do not pump in fast way, the maximum frequency of PCP hand pump is 50 times per minute
- This PCP hand pump create very high pressure, do not close the air outlet when it was working.
- Pressure should not exceed the recommended pressure of 4500 psi for PCP hand pump.
- Pump slowly and deliberately. Stop at the top and bottom of each stroke ( 1-2 seconds) to let the air flow through the tiny holes inside the PCP pump.
- Do not fail to go all the way to the end of each stroke, make each upstroke count, at most of the work is accomplished in the last 2-3 cm of pump rod travel.
